Dave Simhony – President & CEO
David is the President & CEO of Micromanage, a visionary founder and driving force behind the company’s success. With expertise and a keen eye for detail, he has facilitated numerous successful closings, making him a reputable name in the industry. His mission is simple: to make obtaining loans easier and more convenient for everyone involved.
David’s journey began at the University of Miami, where he pursued a degree in optics. Later, he earned an MBA in Financing from Rowan University. He has since managed multiple teams of mortgage professionals and has a proven track record of continuous growth.
Beyond business, David is an aviation enthusiast who has been piloting planes since the age of 16. In the realm of entrepreneurship, he envisions a world where everyone can lead, with fuller pockets and seamless business alignment for collective prosperity. His unwavering dedication to these goals inspires those around him to dream big and take bold steps toward success.
Alex Hunt – COO (Chief Operating Officer)
Co-founding Micromanage in 2022, Alex embarked on a mission to revolutionize the way Americans purchase and shop for loans. His passion for mortgage loans began during his time on Wall Street at New York Tribeca group, and he further honed his skills at Brrrr Loans, where he became a top funder.
When Alex isn’t working on mortgages, you may find him exploring the depths of the ocean as an avid scuba diver.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Keuka College. His extensive experience and adventurous spirit contribute to Micromanages commitment to providing exceptional mortgage solutions.
Nicholas Ruscio – Senior Director
Nicholas is the Senior Director at Micromanage, where he joined in 2023 to strengthen service operations and broaden distribution channels. Before joining Micromanage, Nicholas played a pivotal role in the development of sales, customer service, and compliance support at Neptune Flood Inc, the largest private flood insurer in the United States.
In Nicholas’s leisure time, he enjoys embarking on hikes to conquer the high peaks of the Adirondacks.
Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Technology in Technology Management from Alfred State College and an Associate’s degree in Instrumental Control Technology from Finger Lakes Community College.
